Do you make custom hair flowers?

Are there flowers and fruit you see in my shop that you wish were combined? I can work with you and with the supplies I have in stock to craft your custom hair flower. Feel free to contact me!

Can you gift wrap my order?

Not at this time. All hair flowers are shipped in a small USPS priority mail box to protect your beautiful flower from being crushed in transit.

I have an issue with my order. What should I do?

1. Contact me. I can work with you to try to reach a resolution.

2. I accept requests for returns within 14 days of purchase. You then have up to 21 days from the date of order placed to ship your returned item to me. If you would like a refund due to the item being damaged or lost package, I can refund you excluding shipping costs upon receiving the item shipped back, or receipt of the lost/stolen package claim that you place. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

3. If shipped item is not received after 30 days, please contact me so I can work with you to try and locate your package.

4. After 90 days of not receiving your purchase, you cannot be refunded.
